    WHAT YOU WILL GET

    WORKOUT STRUCTURE

    The program has been structured with a 5-day split.

    • 4 Resistance Training Workouts (45 Minutes Each)
    • 1 Cardio Day of your choice
    • 2 Rest Days

    The 4-resistance training sessions a week are split into 1 Upper Body, 1 Lower Body and 2 Full Body days. The 2 Full Body workouts incorporate core and pelvic floor exercises into either a Lower Body or Upper Body routine.


    WHAT DO YOU NEED?

    Burnt Tone is a gym-based program, and you will need access to a gym to complete the program.

    You will need access to a variety of dumbbell and barbell weights as well as a bench and either a smith machine or squat rack.

    *NOTE: Should you want to complete the workouts at home the program can be adjusted to dumbbell only however you will still require access to a variety of weights to increase your load as the program progresses.

    HOW TO DOWNLOAD

    Once you have purchased the program you will have access to the program on our burnt store. Click on your account (top right of the website) and login.

    Here you will have access to your course and be able to download the eBook from here, watch the phase videos and engage with the Burnt Tone community.
