You can wear them all day long, during all activities. It does not require any maintenance, it always stays shiny and shows no discolouring, unlike gold-plated jewellery.
Environmental friendly materials are used in manufacturing our products. We also help the environment by stopping the cycle of constantly throwing out jewellery that discolours and rusts after only a few wears.

How do I clean my Active Jewellery?
To care for your Active Jewellery, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals. You can clean your pieces with warm water and mild soap to maintain their shine and durability.
Is there a warranty and am I able to return items?
The standard discolouration warranty for all active jewellery is 6 months from the date of purchase. Earrings are non-returnable for reasons of safety and hygiene.
The warranty is not applicable to damages including broken clasps, chains, and day-to-day wear and tear.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section:
- faults resulting from normal wear and tear; damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product
- damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product
- damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product; and
- where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
Please note, the Burnt Team will first examine the item by means of either image or physical examination. Burnt reserves the right to not grant an exchange if deemed that the fault is not a factory fault. T's & C's Apply.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Local delivery time is 1-5 business days (depending on delivery location).
International delivery time is around 7 business days. Delays may occur as a result of customs clearance or availability on air freight planes. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped. The email will include a tracking number and a link to where you can track your order.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for any and all taxes and duties that the package attracts when entering the destination country. Burnt Group UK cannot be liable for any additional costs that the package might incur.
