BURNT CUT is perfect for someone who already has some experience with lifting weights and navigating the gym but is looking for something MORE CHALLENGING and to elevate their training.
- A structured 8-week gym program
- 6 sessions per week targeting upper and lower body
- Photos and videos demonstrating each exercise
- Progress trackers to track your weights and reps and monitor improvements week on week
- Bonus mobility and recovery routines
- Expert tips for achieving a successful cut
- Comprehensive 6-day split of 2 lower body days and 4 upper body days per week. This split allows for comprehensive training of all major muscle groups.
- 45mins - 1 hour a session.
- Each workout incorporates super or giant sets for efficient gym time and maximum muscle stimulation.
- Guidance on incorporating steady-state cardio for fat loss.
