WORKOUT STRUCTURE
  • Comprehensive 6-day split of 2 lower body days and 4 upper body days per week. This split allows for comprehensive training of all major muscle groups.
  • 45mins - 1 hour a session.
  • Each workout incorporates super or giant sets for efficient gym time and maximum muscle stimulation.
  • Guidance on incorporating steady-state cardio for fat loss.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
